·       Courier: Evri / Royal Mail Tracked 48

·       Cost: FREE on all orders

·       Delivery Time: 2 – 4 working days

·       Tracking: Yes – tracking number provided

·       Signature Required: No

 

2. Express Delivery – £2.99

·       Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 24

·       Cost: £2.99

·       Delivery Time: 1 – 2 working days

·       Tracking: Yes – real-time updates

·       Signature Required: No

 

3. Next-Day Delivery – £4.99

·       Courier: DPD Local or Royal Mail

·       Cost: £4.99

·       Delivery Time: Next working day (order before 12pm)

·       Tracking: Yes – with 1-hour delivery window

·       Signature Required: Yes

📍 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including:

·       England

·       Wales

·       Scotland

·       Northern Ireland

Note: We do not yet ship internationally.

📦 Packaging

Your blender will be securely packed in a protective box to prevent damage during transit. Every unit is quality checked before dispatch.

🔁 Order Processing Time

·       Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day.

·       Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends/holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

·       All orders are insured up to £20–£100 depending on the shipping method.

·       If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery issue.
