Returns & Refund Policy – D&L

 

At D&L, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


📦 Return Eligibility

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it if:

·       The product is unused and in original packaging

·       You have proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)

·       The item is not damaged or used

 

Note: We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

·       Approve the return if it meets all conditions

·       Process your refund to the original payment method

·       Refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear in your account

 

📧 You will be notified by email once your return is received and processed.


🔁 Exchanges

Want to swap for a different item? No problem!

·       Just let us know and return the original product

·       We’ll send out a replacement once we receive the return


 Non-Returnable Items

·       Used products

·       Items returned after 30 days

·       Products not in original condition or missing parts


🚚 Return Shipping

·       Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect

·       For faulty items, we will provide a free return label

·       Use a tracked service and keep your receipt until the refund is confirmed


📬 How to Start a Return

·       Order number

·       Reason for return

·       Photo (if item is faulty)
